MyGolfCarts policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
We aim to make cart and accessory delivery clear from checkout through arrival. Product-specific written terms on the product page, quote, invoice, or order confirmation take priority if they differ from this general policy.
Free U.S. standard shipping
MyGolfCarts offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered to supported addresses in the United States. No minimum purchase is required for the free standard shipping method.
If an optional premium, expedited, white-glove, restricted-access, or other special delivery service is available and carries an extra charge, that charge will be disclosed before you agree to it.
Processing and build time
Many golf carts are built, configured, or prepared to order. The reference build or preparation estimate is 4–8 weeks, depending on model, color, customization, inventory, and component availability. Accessories and in-stock items may have a different processing estimate.
All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We will communicate a material known change using the contact information provided with your order.
Delivery methods
The delivery method depends on the product, destination, and order arrangement. A golf cart may be delivered directly to the customer, shipped from a manufacturer or fulfillment location, or coordinated through a local delivery provider. The method applicable to your order will be shown or communicated as part of fulfillment.
Transit and delivery
Once a golf cart has shipped, estimated transit is generally 3–10 business days. Weather, carrier capacity, destination access, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
A person at least 18 years old must be present at the delivery address to inspect, accept, and sign for a golf cart. The delivery location must be safely accessible to the delivery vehicle. Tell us before dispatch about gates, narrow roads, low clearances, steep grades, restricted-access communities, or other delivery constraints.
Tracking and status
When carrier tracking is available, it may be sent to the email used for the order. You may also use the Track Your Order page with your order ID and billing email. Freight and locally coordinated delivery may use appointment updates instead of standard parcel tracking.
Delivery inspection and damage
Inspect the product and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it clearly on the receipt, take detailed photos and video, keep the packaging and delivery documents, and contact MyGolfCarts immediately.
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for coverage consideration. Reporting does not by itself determine claim approval; the carrier, manufacturer, or other responsible party may require additional documentation.
Sales tax, title, registration, and licensing
Store prices are intended to display with sales tax included where MyGolfCarts is required to collect it. Title, registration, license, inspection, permit, or other government charges not collected at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility.
Golf cart and low-speed-vehicle rules vary by state and locality. The customer is responsible for confirming local operation, registration, equipment, and licensing requirements.
